We're happy to host you. Please follow these rules so every guest has a safe, comfortable and enjoyable stay.
House rules
- Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
- Pets: Not allowed. No dogs or other animals of any kind are permitted in the apartments.
- No smoking: Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the apartment. A cleaning fee may apply.
- No parties or events at any time.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Friday and Saturday. Please be respectful of neighbors.
- Commercial photography or filming is not allowed without prior written permission.
- Check-in after 3:00 PM. Checkout by 11:00 AM.
- Property care: Please treat the apartment with care and report any damage or maintenance issues right away.
- Safety: Lock doors and windows when you leave, and do not tamper with smoke detectors or other safety devices.
- Illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

What time are check-in and checkout?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. You'll receive your arrival instructions before your stay.
How many guests can stay?
Each apartment sleeps up to 4 guests.
Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes, every apartment has its own washer and dryer.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is on-site parking in the gated community.
Can I bring my pet?
No. Pets and animals of any kind are not allowed in the apartments.
Where should packages be delivered?
Packages go to the leasing office.
Do you offer longer stays?
Yes. Our apartments work well for PCS and TDY moves, travel nurses and work assignments. Contact us about stays of a month or longer.
